While exploring some ancient ruins on a forbidden island off the coast, Jaks best friend, Daxter, is knocked into a vat of Dark Eco--a terrifying and deadly substance that could corrupt the world forever--transforming him into a weasel-like rodent.

The village sage, Samos Hagai, tells Jak that theres only one person who holds the secrets to transforming Daxter back. Now the pair must set out on a quest in search of a wise old sage who has the power to restore Daxter to his former self.

EXTRACTING AND CONVERTING DIRECTIONS-----

This game downloads to a single rar file. Unpack this rar file with either 7zip or Winrar.

You are going to end up with a bunch of files. rs-jd001 through rs-jd019, a sfv file, and a par2 file. The ONLY file you need to worry about is the rs-jd001 file. Extract this 001 file with 7zip.

You will get a RS-JD.GI file. Unfortunately, you cannot patch this file with ESR or burn to disc. We are going to need to convert it.

Use the program UltraISO.

Open UltraISO,
Go to file, open, and open the RS-JD.GI file.
Click file again, go to properties, and make sure the media type is set at 4.7(4.37)GB, that UDF has a checkmark in it, and that Unix(31) has a bubble in it. Click ok.
Then go to file, Save As, name it whatever you want and save it as a Standard ISO file.

You will end up with an ISO and will be able to patch with ESR and burn to DVD-R

ESR USERS--VERY IMPORTANT----This game will work with ESR, BUT, you need to click the following options on your ESR screen before you start the game. Click "Disable ESR after first IOP reset" AND use synchronous mode.

AND unfortunately ESR users cannot save this game. It freezes if you try to create a save file. Its not just this file. Its the game no matter where you get it from.

Have not tested, but supposedly does work fine for OPL, save and all.
